- For individual clients, this may include food diaries, health history, lifestyle information and consultation records.
- For food business clients, this may include recipes, formulations, ingredient specifications, supplier information, product documents and commercial correspondence.
- We may also collect website and device information, such as browser type, pages viewed, IP address and approximate location generated through website use.
We only ask for sensitive or health information where it is reasonably necessary for the agreed nutrition service, or otherwise permitted by law. Please do not send sensitive information through a general website enquiry unless we ask for it.
How information is collected
We collect information directly from you when you email us, submit an enquiry, book or attend a consultation, provide documents or communicate with us. We may receive information from someone authorised by you, such as a healthcare provider, or from a business colleague acting for a food business client.
Where consent is required, we will seek it. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal and practical limits, by contacting us. We offer anonymity or use of a pseudonym where practical and lawful; this may not be possible where identification is needed to provide a service or keep appropriate records.
How we use and disclose information
